Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Brainy application (the "App"), developed by Dmitry Spassky (the "Developer"), collects, uses, and protects user information.
1. Overview
Brainy is a mobile application for training attention and reading speed in children ages 6–14, based on Schulte tables. The App is designed for use by children under parental supervision.
2. Data We Collect
Data stored locally on your device:
- Game progress (level, coins, streak, achievements)
- Game session history (grid size, completion time, mistakes)
- App settings (language, sound, notifications)
- Selected character and accessories
- Parent mode PIN (stored in encrypted form)
This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.
Data collected automatically:
- Analytics (Firebase Analytics) — anonymous usage data: screens visited, features used. This data contains no personal information and is used to improve the App.
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) — technical information about app crashes: device model, OS version, stack trace. Used to fix bugs.
- Subscription data (RevenueCat) — purchase and subscription status information. Processed by RevenueCat in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
3. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
The App is designed for children and developed in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and similar regulations:
- We do not collect personal data from children (name, email, address, phone number)
- We do not require account creation to use the App
- We do not show personalized advertising to children
- Parental controls are protected by a PIN code
- In-app purchases require confirmation through Apple ID / Google Play

We do not sell or share personal user data with third parties. Anonymous technical data is processed by the following services:

Local data is stored on the user's device and is deleted when the App is uninstalled. Anonymous analytics data is stored on Google Firebase servers in accordance with their data retention policies.
6. User Rights
You have the right to:
- Delete all local data by uninstalling the App from your device
- Disable analytics in your device settings
- Request deletion of data associated with your device by contacting us via email
7. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. For significant changes, we will notify users through an App update. The current version is always available on this page.
