Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the Brainy mobile application (the "App"), developed by Dmitry Spassky (the "Developer").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If the App is used by a child, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for reviewing these Terms and supervising use.

2. Service Description

Brainy is an educational app for training attention and reading speed in children ages 6–14 using Schulte tables. The App includes:

• Game-based training with various grid sizes
• Character, coin, and achievement systems
• Progress tracking and statistics
• Parental control panel

3. Brainy Pro Subscription

Subscription options:

• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription

Subscription terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your Apple ID / Google Play account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription

Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store / Google Play Store policies.

4. Virtual Currency

Coins in the App are virtual game currency:

• Coins are earned exclusively through gameplay
• Coins have no real monetary value
• Coins cannot be exchanged for real money
• Coins are used only to acquire virtual accessories within the App

5. Age Restrictions

The App is intended for children ages 6 to 14. Use by children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian. The parent is responsible for:

• Monitoring App usage time
• Managing settings through the parent panel
• Authorizing any in-app purchases

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the App (design, characters, graphics, sounds, code) are the intellectual property of the Developer and are protected by copyright law. Copying, modifying, or distributing any elements of the App without the Developer's written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." The Developer does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted operation of the App
• Achievement of specific educational outcomes
• Compatibility with all devices and OS versions

The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms. For significant changes, users will be notified through an App update. Continued use of the App after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new version.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
